Daily caffeine 'protects brain' -- BBC News

Guess what? I'm protecting my brain from dementia right now! In fact, I'm doing it about 20 times a day!! Woo Hoo Hoo Hooo!

Coffee may cut the risk of dementia by blocking the damage cholesterol can inflict on the body, research suggests.

To me coffee is the best kind of liquid food.
