Two and a half cups of duck fat

Okay, I guess this is coming a bit late seeing as how I need this ingredient pronto. In fact I believe that I need it as of tomorrow, but nevertheless . . .

Calling all duck lovers everywhere, (the meat I mean, not the live duck lovers): Where can I find 2 and 1/2 cups of duck fat for the Cassoulet recipe? Granted I haven't really done my homework, but Russell and I did try the K&K meats store on Whyte Avenue which seemed to be our best bet -- alas no game fat.
